Our Team Leaders
Jonathan Vargas, Area Manager
Jonathan serves as Area Manager. He has been in the janitorial business his whole life. Growing up in Puerto Rico, Jonathan worked at his father’s cleaning business for several years before moving to New York City at the age of 18 to work in the food service industry. In 2016, he moved to Rochester, where he joined the BCC team. His specialty is managing both large and small accounts in the Greater Rochester area.
While he’s not assisting clients, Jonathan can be found horseback riding, playing a game of pool, or enjoying his favorite meal of pork, rice, and beans!
Chris Brown, Division Manager
Chris has served as BCC’s Division Manager since 2019. With over thirty years of cleaning experience, Chris most recently spent three years working in the janitorial industry in Las Vegas, Nevada. Chris believes that fulfilling a customer’s cleaning needs genuinely improves their overall experience in life and in the workplace. He is passionate about engaging with his employees and mentoring others in the business to provide clients with the highest level of service.
Outside of work, Chris appreciates the time he spends with his two grown daughters who reside in Rochester, New York and Charlotte, North Carolina. He is also a self-proclaimed soccer and chicken wing fanatic.
